Can anyone confirm this? The maintenance fee is not calculated only based on our unit. But we have to include the parking size as well.
For example Unit size = 824sf 2 carpark size = 280sf (140sf each) Total 1104sf x 0.35 = Rm 386 (exclusive gst) Is that true? This post has been edited by Meta91: Oct 2 2017, 05:55 PM |
