Kinda fishy actually...but one sign SPA its already binded in terms of design n ur unit size. i thinks its more to cater for changes concerning the changes to cater to the law.local authorities etc. basically by u signing consent ur trusting the professionals to do the decision lor..if not later when issue arises always need to get back to purchaser.

in my humble opinion, the 688 psqft is the best unit

u get 2 bedroom + 1 utility room (single bed if u want) . this offers u flexibility of usage of space although total floor area almost same

price point also "cheaper" side considering u get the extra room compared to 662

but if u single or couple with no kids 662 is okay also..but the 2nd bedroom most probably will become wardrobe/storage
