THREAD, here are a few things you guys can do for the time being while they 'investigate'
1. change your DNS (8.8.8.8 or any other)
2. use VPN
3. use mobile data (3G or 4G/LTE)
4. use other ISP (Maxis Fibre, YES 4G, etc)
5. download during these times; 3am-10am and 3pm-6pm. these are the time slots that some forumers and i have determined to have normal speeds, especially the morning window.
note that sometimes downloading is a lot faster than updating, and vice versa. so if the update is slow, you guys may try deleting the app and downloading from scratch again. if you guys have any other suggestion or want to report/update your situation, i suggest posting in this
