I realize the bank and developer starting to joksei now. January bank didn't send me notice on advance payment amount due, so I just paid what I've calculated end up they short by 92 cents. I didn't know until they send me warning letter.

call up your bank to check. or check online. but i will still think is better u call up.

got one month they didn't send me notice then i paid only 92cents less (because i calculate myself), end up they almost penalty me. vmad.gif

abang, no. u pay what the bank send to you. the instalment amount is RM0.00 because we havent start paying the principal. now all is interest saje.

i have made myself a habit to call the bank every month to ask my outstanding because there's one month the bank didn't send me anything and the next thing i have is late charges ranting.gif i called and screwed the people (although they don't incharge on the printing)

i'd expected the same too. but nope. only 3 ways u can get to know the amount due in the situation of serving interest ONLY.
1 - wait letter from bank monthly. if posmen not working then susah wait for warning letter
2 - check transaction history when nearing the due date, otherwise you see nothing
3 - calculate yourself - i manage to get it right just something ± 10, 20cents

above is UOB bank la, others i x tau

4.40 because the BR dropped. u can check every 3 months at your e-banking account. (that's my case @ UOB bank, i dont knnow yours?)

(4.40% or 0.044 / 365) x (loan amount) = interest need to pay per day
the above x number of days per month (meaning billing cycle ie 30 days or 31 days) = interest need to pay per month.
should be around RM65~RM67 for RM18000.

RM85 is inclusive of principle. i think should be there agak agak. u can call bank ask.

i'm guessing your loan amount is RM23000±, with 4.40% p.a. that goes up to RM85 interest only. RM5000± perhaps is legal fees? the bank should send u a statement every time they disburse $$. cool2.gif
