Just visited the showroom for signing the S&P. The binastra staff told me its 80% sold. By the way, a bit disappointed because I just realized those facing east (Kuchai / Midvalley) will get the view blocked by the upcoming services apartment and my unit is facing east.

Too late i signed dy then only realized...=.=

I thought I got everything signed then can't change dy. Some more not many unit that suit my needs available. One more thing, my unit is the right above the M&E room, they said its the electrical store room and they said it won't have any impact as in like noise and etc. What you guys think?

you guys think 30k for funiture&aircond etc  worth or not??

IMO its quite worth it, if they follow similar to what shown in the show room.
But after considering, furniture later all unit who take this package will look the same, not unique anymore and it will limit my renovation design later, so I save this 30k and get my own design better 

For a poor man like me, 30K for partial furnished, worth laaaaa..

1. no need crack your head to have own design
2. no need give ppl chance to cheat ur renovation fee

Did any of you get the semi outdoor carpark as seen in attached pic?

I am a little disappointed as the visitors carpark are all indoors. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Can anything be done about this?
