a close friend of mine invited me to 6c6c his unit that has just VP'ed.

so tag along and was surprised by the better than expected delivery.

seems like a bargain buy.

congrats to all owners.

not every project.

only those projects got potential for rental and subsale business.  but these days, not many potential buyers, mostly for rent.
but many agents also don't know head or tail about the project. they just got the full ownership list from some source and hope to make a deal.

All thing based on supply and demand lah.
If demand is good, market is positive, who wanna post lowest price?

All the transactions price still depend on market situation.
Basically all the seller wanna get max profit. This is normal, depend view from what angle.

If developer sell in same price, we said developer greedy, earn too much.
If owner sell in same price, we said agent too lousy, sell too low price.

For me, existing market subsale price sure will lower than developer new project price. This is happened everywhere.
