Ct1 will be affected by ct2 in the first few yrs due to the dust,noise from on going construction of ct2. So ct1 owner get ready that rental and subsales may not so good once vp.
After ct2 vp, then tenants will go for latest new condo ct2..

Subsales will go for ct1. Most of the subsale buyers Always prefer lowest psf if both condition the same
