i just done my MOT & MOC part which cost me around 25k like that. Now still waiting for the letter from the developer to inform i can collect the key. Anyone know is this month manage to get the key?

Buyer should always check ur carpark allocation before proceed...frankly speaking i wont mind to pay more just to get low-mid level carpark if its for own stay...its even one of the criteria in choosing which unit to buy

Last time the unit i rented the carpark was at 6th floor double level too...and what make it worst the carpark podium was located at diff block
