For a poor man like me, 30K for partial furnished, worth laaaaa..

1. no need crack your head to have own design
2. no need give ppl chance to cheat ur renovation fee

Hmm, from the photos, the kitchen looks not bad but the problem is what quality bcz this is the bigger price portion.
If normal melamine doors and hard wood top, it doesnt costs much and not good in long term endurance.

I alwas prefer free air cons as long as not giving those unknown brands and do it properly. 4 x air cons easily costs RM 10k inclusive installations and air con wiring & concealed.

Hob, stove and oven also depends on brand. If branded low spec, it would be about RM 2.5k -3k max.

Above furnishes is ideal for intention of rental. Not needed to do much things upon VP to let out.

If own stay, I will save the RM 30k just bcz I prefer own designs of kitchen cabinet, where hob and hood will move to wet kitchen ( yard ) if applicable and dry kitchen use 3G glass or better melamine wood doors with soft hinges and importantly, solid surface top if not Quartz.

If I remember correctly, my agent told me that the AC will NOT be installed, they are just gonna prepare the points and all sad.gif

if u dint get the package . if get the package will install together . just dunno living room aircond is how many hp. when i sign S&P , they also cannot answer me . sweat.gif
