Kinda agree with you. The Architect of this TR is not doing a good job. Lack of wow factors, not impressive.

With a GDV of RM878 million, both residential towers house a total of 793 serviced apartment units with built-ups between 527 sq ft and 1,227 sq ft. Prices start from RM895,000 for an unfurnished unit while furnished units are priced at RM990,800 onwards.

that effectively means:

Unfurnished : RM1698/sqf
Furnished : RM1880/sqf

for not FF, it already complete with tile and ceiling. the so called FF is merely for kitchen cabinet, ugly curtain. Not sure if sofa and bed included. even they are, not worth it.

ok just minor defect, nothing much to complain about. mine is unfurnished. the only complaint I have is the cheapskate aircon, so bloody noisy !! Bet most cant sleep with it. Normal noisy aircon is what u get.
