The workmanship really great !
Even public washroom, tiles, everything in order .

The theatre room also looks nice with the star ceiling, heard cost more 10k for the lights effects

Very high demand here. Heard got 1 foreign airbnb agency rented 10 units for business.

Everyday many foreigners in and out

All owners agreed to maintain rental at rm3200 above for small unit
