QUOTE(ipush @ Oct 27 2015, 10:31 AM) Oh just knew that there is the white dial one! Must be super rare It means the batt reserve is low. Since its a new acquisition, try to charge it up. Kinetic need a lot of swings to charge it up. Hope attached pages from the manual helps. I just got mine ytd, a pre-owned unit of 6 months old usage.. Want to ask you bro, is it normal that the Second Hand is ticking per 2 secs? Although the time is still keeping... Edit. PS. If anyhow also can't get 30sec swing of second hand, then maybe the capacitor needs changing. This post has been edited by ken_jr: Oct 27 2015, 12:27 PM |

I think TS msia raised their margin la.. Instead of 30% , maybe now can get 40%.. Just look at the RRP for their watches now..

QUOTE(Everdying @ Dec 11 2015, 11:41 AM) im now wondering if those are import sets? trying to take advantage of market? Maybe cos msia RRP is most profitable?cos usually i stalk both singapore and philippine seiko forum before a new model appears as they usually get it first...then only couple weeks later arrive in malaysia. but so far both forums have no news on official sets there. heck, even WUS also abit quiet on them. so yea, im gonna take a wild guess its seller trying to take advantage of the stupid euro pricing and trying to make a quick buck...tho i hope to be proven wrong... cos of the 'X'. |

QUOTE(blissandecstasy @ Mar 10 2016, 07:31 PM) Quick question for SKX owner. is the chapter ring around the dial actually can move or loose? I just notice today, everytime I move my wrist, there will misalignment at 6, it's aligned well at 12 up to the bezel and triangle lume. Then when I move my wrist again, I can put it back into alignment but then when I move other way, I can see the chapter ring moving and off again. Is it common issue? Did you change crystal before? Maybe when installing, the chapter ring tab not aligned with the hole on the case.Well actually I don't mind, with seiko at this range! Just wanna know is the chapter ring actually came loose that way? |

QUOTE(Hans.R @ Apr 6 2016, 01:15 PM) I have the 7" wrist, and I have the OM iso on my SKX007 now. No need wd40 la. I just push it out. Once the 2.5mm fat part pops out, the rest is quite easy to push out. I'm at the last hole, the fit is ok, i can put my ring finger in, but still prefer if can be a bit tighter. I successfully squeezed the fat bars in, and will use some WD40 to get it out if I want. BTW, u got the sumo already bro? |

QUOTE(deftons @ Apr 13 2016, 09:59 AM) Alright thanks guys. Already checkout the price from Minutez, Rakuten and Seiya, seems like Rakuten got a better price however, just worry on the taxes later. So Minutez seems the better bet, consider he provides after sales services for sending it back to Japan for warranty claim(touchwood if there is any) with no charges. Just curious, what model are you getting ? |

QUOTE(AOL24 @ Jun 1 2016, 12:36 PM) Question for modders, does any watch shop in Malaysia have the repertoire to change the hardlex to sapphire glass and test it for waterproofing? Takut suddenly the SXK007 I buy become useless while diving if done wrongly. Ya I'm also curious to know if there are any place other than Thong Sia that can test WR under pressure. I have a few pieces high dome acrylic coming in for my own projects. Sapphire ones are too expensive already after conversion. RM sliding again after the sarawak election. Also any SOS on where to get good quality domed glass for the aforementioned watch? Reading on watchuseek, mainly say Dagaz, Jake B and Yobokies. Some have gap issues, so wondering if anyone has had experience in purchasing and using. Btw, bro AOL24, skx007k & skx007j no more stock already. Singapore main suppliers are all dried up. Skx009k skx009j also bo liao |
