Hi guys, how long is the repairing lead time if send back to thong sia for warranty claim?
I have sent mine back to the watch shop on 2/Jan due to screw down crown unable to screw in.
Until today I unable to get any progress while only being informed that watch not yet returned, if no spare parts need to order from Japan and requires 2 to 3 months.
It seems like a long waiting game for Seiko warranty claim.

Hi guys anyone dealt with thewatchshoppe on carousell? The price seems tempting by assuming is under seller warranty.
