Here are my SKX007 & SKX009 both K versions. Bought from Creationwatches. They are in SG, free shipping to Malaysia using DHL with tracking.

Not sure about 009 but the 007 both K and J versions are made in Malaysia, just that the J version is QCed in Japan

Creationwatches do sell J version. Slightly more expansive. I dont really mind though.

I've calculated for u.. 44,000 YEN after tax refund and 5% discount ( if using visa to pay ) .. You'll end up paying around 40,740 which is RM1,517. That is a very high price for a SKX009. It's better to get it locally and have local warranty. Only buy JDM models if you are getting watch from Japan. No point getting one that is available here.

Didn't see any J2 only J1. But there is a cheaper K2 which also around RM1507.

This has been repeated to death, both in here and in many other watch forums worldwide.

SKX007/009 are machine assembled here in JB factory (and some say in china factory too). Some batches are taken out for final inspection by japanese technicians and given "made in japan" tag and named J model, but otherwise, they remained essentially the same.

If you have done your research you should've come across this fact already.

As yvliew mentioned, you wanted to buy authentic made in japan seiko, you either buy JDM, or if you're feeling the splurge, a GS.

Really can't tell the difference between the skx J or K version. Also it's not so widely sold in Japan too.
