To all the owners of Razer items, y don't you go back to ur seller and ask them for help with RMA thing ? Coz the sellers should be able to help u get a replacement unit within a week.
Usually when u submit the razer for RMA, they'll check for errors and then they'll replace a new item to you. Then they'll send the faulty unit back to Razer to claim back the newer units. As for the end users, u'll get the new replacement units for ur spoilt items.
My advice is, better u go back to ur seller, they should b able to help more efficiently.

i personally like CH when gaming...maybe cuz the size is smaller and not as heavy as DA...I juz put my DA for normal usage...no gaming for that mouse unless my CH kong...hehe
