i did mentioned bout the cable... which is the mouse cable... kena kepit/snaped somewhere... better RMA it ASAP...

don do it on Vista.. or juz use another HDD to install Vista to test 1st... many sound systems become crappy on Vista... and i wonder wat's so great bout tat sound card without a home theater system... at least get a Razer 7.1 channel HD headphone aka the HP-1...

and for those not willing to spend on fany sound card u can get this...

At the moment, can't really tell the diff, because again, of my crap speakers......

But Vista so far, so far so good.......

But no games on it yet...... dunno what to install!!!!!!!

Might go with Quake 4 or C&C3 next day.......

my experience
without driver : my mouse fly until i can't control
with driver : adjust the sensitivity until you can control it, can set macro key on extra buttons, can adjust the speed of scroll

so overall, install it

Yea, installing driver is recommended. Because you can use the On-The-Fly sensitivity control and you can also turn on and off of the lights and many more extra.

not used to high speed...? i need tat speed playing strategy games...

Philips Waveon is hard to find... being some reason the soundcard have been no manufacture already.

Sigh, now the fan boy in me is urging my brain to buy the Razer Tarantula.......

I actually MIGHT if the color scheme of the new G15 doesn't match my room....

Upgrading to 2 22" LCD Dell Monitors soon...... so will need a keyboard that looks kick ass.

Plus having problems with the very old logitech software that can't work well with Vista........

Sigh... that's the reason i bought the tarantula due to the fugliness of the g15. I will accept though that the old g15 does look a lot better with the lights off though.

Guys had a problem here... my krait seems to have a problem here..

whenever i push up my krait slowly, the pointer does not move while if i push it down slowly everything seems fine...

BUT if ur willing to void ur warranty u can always put some black stick or spray the silver part black...

i didnt think of this before..otherwise i would have probably bought the G15...that damn LCD is making me envious man.
