Guys, my Copperhead is giving me headaches now. Razer software does not recognize it, rendering all the extra buttons useless. I tested it on my laptop; same results. It used to work fine on both my rig and my lappie. Is this mouse screwed? How long do i have to wait for RMA?

P.S. : It works fine, although the scroll wheel does not function for a short period of time. I've never dropped/knocked this mouse on anything before.

Yup, the mouse lights up. I wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't for the on-the-fly sensitivity.

Today take my Razer krait RMA(bought last week) at THUNDER MATCH, coz my krait is hot....not very hot but can feel it. 1stly have a "Friendly" chinese guy ask wad happen to my mouse, then he try the mouse, but i oredi told them the mouse wont get hot in half hour. So....juz test test test..... then his Supervisor(a malay guy) come n ask me wad happen, so i juz tell him my mouse is hot. what he reply is really funny, "kau punya mouse ada lampu...mesti la panas!".....i oso speechless, then ask my house got aircond or not.......i juz simply answer it and keep on test the krait. then the supervisor yelling at beside "macamana sekarang, ada panas tak"....  after couple of minutes testing, they say can't RMA for me, So i oso give up. Now checking izzit possible i go distributor office RMA it.
