dunno.
the only thing i wanna do is to change my CH casing to the first edition pro-tools set that had the carbon fibre casing.
the sets after that had the ugly silver one.

i'm still searching for the carbon fibre set.
*
please let me know if u found one. is the razer logo can see thru? the current pro tool is like some cheap rip off, the logo is masked by solid ones. crap. dunno wat razer is thinking!!!

btw, to clean the sensor, u could use a blower. those rubber ones ppl normally used to clean/blow dust from camera lense. i have two, and my sensors are always clean. laugh.gif

i think that's the bug most tarantula user faced during its launch. not sure whether it has been fixed tho. try to look at razer blue prints website?

it's a known bug. no firmware update yet and i don't want to wait. in razer blueprints there are lots of complaints. my bad i didn't do any research when i bought it cause my decision is only based on the looks. i'm curios why this thread no one report such bug. btw, i'm using Asus mobo.
*
maybe they havent tried to enter the bios using that keyboard yet. wait till they do. muahahha...that's one of the reason i dont get tarantula. razer support kinda suck sometimes.

HMMM.... all prefer CH.. so i dunwan change then.. but feel like buying 1 DA for collection.  icon_rolleyes.gif

why changing for the sake of changing? only change when it is dead mah. if not, we will create tons of unwanted plastic mice which would cause pollution if disposed improperly. sweat.gif

so love your mouse. love the earth. one and only till it's dead. laugh.gif
btw, but for collection. it is ok la. as long as u dont simply throw.

I would like to comment about my tarantula.I don't think it's as good as the G15 because maybe I have a bad tarantula.First of all my f4 key has a problem. It seems that it cannot respond properly when i press the key.I have to press a few times then only it will function properly after that.Second my tarantula has scars on it and it makes my heart break.I think I'm going to RMA it tomorrow onwards.First my copperhead then my tarantula.Really man I have serious bad luck with Razer products.

Tarantula has problems since launch until now. dont become a razer fan boy and everytihng razer. lol...the keyboard isn't worth its price. many bad reviews in razer blue prints (lousy F keys, cant use keyboard during POST, stupid shiny surface = fingerprint magnet + easy scratch, optional "lamp post"...bla bla). that's why i ended up with my G15. laugh.gif wink.gif

hmmm...but i dont expect to be gentle on gaming keyboard! lol...cos gaming is rough. laugh.gif so i expect mine would have many scratches and finger prints on shiny surface. maybe first few months i would care to clean. but after that, i might get lazy and it will end up looking like a germ surface. tongue.gif

hmm...i read ppl with usb supported mobo also same prob. well, maybe u are the lucky one. hahaha...but 300+ for a keyboard without LED and LCD...hmm...the hyper response on the keys are to be questioned. cos i dont remember tapping my keys in FPS games. LOL... laugh.gif

i think one would be fine playing games be it FPS RTS on mantis speed with any razer mouse on the fly sensitivity set to suit the game. from the reviews, mantis control seems a lil too rough. lol...

I once had that problem on my diamondback. But after changing my mobo everything went alright.. until now  unsure.gif Pretty weird
*
it has some compatibility issues with some mobos. but mine doesnt have that problem previously. hmmm...see if it goes away after a few weeks. how to RMA from ALLIT? lol...

i think my next mouse won't be razer. cos i read that the DA, also not that good, apart from someone on top said about the mouse feet. Some reviews said it could scratch the mousepad cos of thin mouse feet. How can razer not make things right?

need something more durable for that price we pay.
