My Dell 21 inch CRT just died and I'll be getting a LCD. I am in for games, so what do you guys recommend for (a) budget LCD and (b) rm1K+ LCD?

The only thing with 2232 is its not wall mountable.

The HP is nice too,that is if you prefer Glossy monitors!.

Oh..for gaming the sammies are nice with 2ms timings...

i think the best u can do is check for dead pixels n scratches.... there are a few webby for u to check for dead pixel , u just have to google it... the rest of the thing like ghosting or whatever i think u cant do much about it as the monitor is 5ms... so u may have to expect some slight blur trail when u are gaming... my personal best game to test on ghosting believe or not is PES 2008 but it really shows the level of ghosting clearly

I am using 1280 x 1024 on a 17" CRT monitor. Obviously 1680 x 1050 resolution will increase my workspace, but I would like to know whether 1680 x 1050 on a 20" Dell Widescreen LCD will be as readable as the 1280 x 1024 on 17" CRT. Also whether built-in graphics able to support 1680 x 1050 or I need to add a graphics card?
