Definitely a good buy for a big screen minus the restrictive viewing angle, not the best color production, no multiple input (only have VGA & DVI port) & cannot rotate the screen...but for less then 1k, its worth every cents thumbup.gif

Dell E228WFP - Contrast Ratio 800:1 & DVI-D (digital) with HDCP... thumbup.gif

I don't worry about color banding or backlight bleeding issue because i don't use my LCD in a completely dark room.... sweat.gif

Dead pixel should be displayed as black or white dot....

Stuck pixel is displayed as RGB dot, so in your case, it was probably is a stuck pixel
