Guys,

sorry if i ask noob question.

I am using 19in lcd samsung 960BF.

I bought protection plastics sheet and attached to the LCD and the screen becomes shinny and very nice. however the plastics sheet is attached using tap at 4 corners and later drop off. i just wonder if the shinny plastic sheet can be stick together to the lcd screen instead of side tap.

budget 1.3k to 1.4 k can get u the TN panel only, which the cheapest is Dell.
