QUOTE(300078 @ Mar 18 2007, 06:56 PM) I want to know is the Dell 2407WFP 24" LCD support 1080p? I heard some ppl said it support but some said it does not, so does this LCD support it or not? Yes, the LCD is made to support 1080p using DVI. Using PS3 running at 1080p is possible. When comes to movies, its the HD player that set the limitation. Have a good read in here. http://vissione.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/1...p-dell-2407wfp/

QUOTE(anon5391 @ May 15 2007, 11:45 AM) hi guys n gals, any comments on the dell 2007WFP? intend to use it for FPS gaming. the response time 16ms very slow by todays standards but it it ok for gaming? the 2407WFP too expensive for me. BTW does dell have any installment payment plan? 2007WFP is very good I must say, but also kinda expensive. Yes, there's installment plan from Dell, but you will need either CITIBANK or Maybank credit card to proceed. Just ordered a 2407WFP last week and payment finally get comfirmed just now @ RM1999, nice deal I must say.

Already posted in the Widescreen thread. Added on May 22, 2007, 11:15 amQUOTE(davidgm16 @ May 22 2007, 11:12 AM) noob question here.. currently aiming a 20~22' wide screen which under RM1k. i've survey for a few models, but just need you all expert judgement to guide me whether which model is the best buy and good in quality. Dell - E207WFP 20" Dell - E228WFP 22" Viewsonic - VX2025wmViewsonic - VX2035wm everyone is welcome to give your valuable suggestions Still available in the market right now for the bold one? But sad to say that model doesn't support HDCP, which is quite a drawback for sure a good LCD. Go for VX2035WM. This post has been edited by Hyde`fK: May 22 2007, 11:15 AM

QUOTE(arafat @ May 29 2007, 01:57 AM) what resource? where? Its been quite some time back. I read through for a glance when I was looking for other information. And I wonder why you're so interested to know. Normally the Hz depends on the resolution. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Visual_InterfaceEDIT : And that's not the site I'm refering too. Not GC, its the LCD. My working shop sells it and one customer bring it back for services. The color is bad I would say.

Ok. To make the font looks better.
Right Click anywhere in desktop and select Properties to arrived Display Properties. Select Appearance Tab. Click on Effects button. Tick the checkbox "Use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts:" And select ClearType.

At that time, there's white bulbs above me. Still I find the LCD isn't what it supposed to be. MagicBright, yes, WAY to0 bright. The contrast level isn't good at all. The color isn't fresh as of what I seen in most LCD. Its like even Acer is better than 932B. BTW, tested over at my working place is PLUS revision.
