 MNP rejected by maxis, MNP rejected by maxis

I hv been go to digi store.. to convert my maxis to digi.. however.. maxis hv been reject my application due to non fulfillment of contract obligation.. however... when I went to maxis, they said tht I am not attached to any contract... and they keep saying to resubmit application... digi hv been resubmit my application again and again and maxis still reject it.. what happen to maxis??? It is quite frustrating.. what should I do?? Maxis line is very bad at my house and only digi can be used..

At this juncture, there is an ongoing rectification work in our MNP system with no tentative timeline to be advise yet sad.gif

again? last month ive tried more than 3 times to oni made known that your mnp problem can only be solved after 25th of sept. are u saying ur mnp system crashed again? shocking.gif shocking.gif shocking.gif

resolved. but im surprise that the problem had persisted again...

i have to wait for more than 3 weeks to resubmit the application for mnp which turn out that I have to pay another 1 month fees for this green telco

3 weeks? That is too long to wait.. I dont know how long I need to wait.. just asking the digi to resubmit my application everyday..

Hope to hear the good news a.s.a.p.. it is quite annoy to ask other telco resubmit the application everyday..
