When u logged on to the internet you're assigned a specific ip address kinda like a "postcode" and base on this "postcode' they'll know the country of origin. Try this! hm~ if is a region lock with IP then ok la~. but as you know~ IP can be filter or "exchange" right ?
I dont think so. We get out IP address from ISP.
