120GB/HDMI-enabled Xbox 360 Bundle in late 2007?

By then the number of Malaysian Live players will like... Quintuple or something so it wouldn't be of much use for the long-time Live gamers.

Interesting if the price drop falls for the other one though, then more people will buy.

Eh why would we want 120 GB? If we have Streamyx then no point la download still take forever...

Izzit? My 250Gb got filled up in less than 3 months also. laugh.gif

The Singaporeans currently already has higher speed than us and we still experience lag when we are playing with them.

Typical ping to s'porean based servers are around 30ms. I had no problems whatsoever playing games such as BF2142 on s'porean servers with 40 players online. Almost no lag at all. sweat.gif

redbull was talking about server while zio was talking about home user connection. cool2.gif

ping should otherwise still be the same, only other factors should be noted is if the other party was downloading anything or sharing internet with lots others. whistling.gif

thats why server and home user connection can't be compared. server usually have alot bandwidth to cater for everyone, but home user.... yawn.gif
*
keyword here is ping, not much on bandwidth since GOW multiplayer is only 4 vs 4 which hardly use up that much bandwidth. yawn.gif

even talk of ping can't be compared, the server and home connection are not using the same IP. yawn.gif

edit: mistaken ping for IP.
*
uh IP has very little to do with it. But yeah, the s'poreans had super download speed but pathetic uploads. sweat.gif That's why it's better if we host instead of them. Played BF2 with more than 8 players on private lan with the s'porean seems ok je.. whistling.gif

*
depends on the area i guess... coz i had no problems with mine either with 218 or 219 ip, i never get any of the 60.xx ip range.

Is it Dell 2407 ??  hmm.gif
*
Apa kata kalo beli BenQ FP241W? Includes HDMI input, available at lowyat at RM2.8k. tongue.gif brows.gif

UnUsUaL: It's bcoz the Dell 24" is a 1920x1200 panel, while Xbox 360's native output is 720p. Even if u enable 1080p thru VGA on the 360 the image would still not look as sharp since it's still scaled from 720p. icon_rolleyes.gif

hmm..wat ur opinion compare wif 2407 ?? blush.gif  Nih bila ko nak beli ni...asyik review jer  tongue.gif
*
Erm.. erm... baru je upgrade to Dell 2407WFP last week. blush.gif I'd say, if u plan to use the monitor with your 360, PS3 and PC at the same time, then better get the BenQ since it had HDMI input. For 2407, since there's no HDMI input, then you'd be sharing the single DVI port with the PC and PS3 while the 360 uses the VGA port. Forget bout the component input on 2407 as it's definitely crap compared to 2405. sweat.gif

QUOTE(anythin @ Jan 30 2007, 04:00 PM)
Does the BenQ FP241W support 1080p?Can be use with ps3 also rite(HDMI)?
*
Yeah supports 1080p and can be use with PS3 using HDMI cable. Just that you'd need a separate speaker as the lcd monitor doesn't include any speaker. tongue.gif

wah..congrat  biggrin.gif  I thought rev04 settled the problem. Why u not buying the BenQ instead, since ur new ps3 is in d way ??
*
The rev.04 fixes the 1080p 1:1 pixel aspect issue, there's still no HDMI input. I'm not gonna buy the PS3 too soon, better wait till more games come out. Ujung tahun la kot. blush.gif Besides, i get the 2407 for quite cheap. tongue.gif

Microsoft is launching Windows Vista at my campus (MMU Cyberjaya) today and tomorrow. Every staff & student is eligible for a copy of Vista Business Edition. They are also an exhibition of Xbox 360. I saw Gamers Hideout's business card around the Xbox 360's booth. Didn't see Djinn anywhere though.

I forgot to take the booth's picture.  doh.gif
