My friend who got a unit there said workmanship very bad.

The laminated flooring uneven, ubox got problem

If it’s rm500-600 psf is acceptable, 800-1k psf hmmm

You are paying extra for location and not for workmanship.

no choice lar in a free market, prices for everything depends a lot on location..location and location. But IMO the location not too strategic la. Jalam mati satu batang in all directions. Mabbe paying premium for Ara Damansara address only woh. cheers.

Overall still ok, got sewage smell from toilet, car park flood, some defects inside the house, so need to keep asking Management to fix , abit troublesome..

(Luckily I’m not the owner, will feel sad IF paid at such high price to get this kind of so call “good quality and nice” house)

Owner gives u ang poh every month to look after the house for him.

For those common facility defect, things can be improved once the joint management body is set up and resident can work together with the developer to address those defects..

My friend place are ok actually. Workmanship are good. Over few hundreds unit I'm sure there are a few are lemon. What i see is better than many developer out there. No-one is perfect la even their well known. These days you can only hope your property is VP. Hahahahaha...

defects depend on owners tolerance level, and knowledge of building processes and materials.

Civil engineering also got good and bad. Just like other firm, you carry the name Lawyer doesn't mean you're a good Lawyer. You get what i mean? Than ask your friend see which development are good than we can consider and follow your friend expertise. Sharing is caring.
