Dear Sir, I had made a report by call to Maxis centre (1-800-824663) on Saturday Report Number : C 16906031 My Account No : 1862974647 But untill today no action yet to be taken on my Maxis Fibre.. Pls assist on this matter Tq This post has been edited by jerryleong88: Oct 12 2015, 10:05 AM

Dear Sir, Also is Friday, now is my turn Maxis Fibre 20Mbps downtime... My Account No : 1520882265 Can help me reset my WAN Network PORT...? TQ. Added on Case no. C1711-9101 Problem SOLVED at Monday 10 PM (One working Day to solveĀ )
First > Call 1800-82-4663, Gone through all the SoP Checking on LEDs lights on BTU + Routers Second > Third Level Agents support diagnose is Networking problem, give case No. & escalate to Second Level Networking Server Teams Third > Network Teams call back me to OFF/ON the router, and walla Problem Solved.
Solution is "Network Team supports restart my port server that link to my network, and call me back to restart my router."
