Case no. C1711-9101 Problem SOLVED at Monday 10 PM (One working Day to solveĀ
First > Call 1800-82-4663, Gone through all the SoP Checking on LEDs lights on BTU + Routers
Second > Third Level Agents support diagnose is Networking problem, give case No. & escalate to Second Level Networking Server Teams
Third > Network Teams call back me to OFF/ON the router, and walla Problem Solved.
Solution is "Network Team supports restart my port server that link to my network, and call me back to restart my router."
