Hi everyone, may i ask what is the Maintenance fee and sinking fund that owners are paying? I have just placed a booking for block C and i was advise that my maintenance fee is rm0.18 per sqft n sinking fund of approx rm20+.. however when i check on some other advertisement it says maintenance fee of 0.13 per sqft?
