this morning got explosion at block B 13th floor some Nigga unit we suspected they threw some home made explosion bomb but when the security when to check the unit they say is the gas cooker exploded until all the glasses for the window and door pecah drop at the children swimming pool side make us blok b and a all jump off from a good sleep this morning ! if youre an owner of ivory residence which is following this forum KINDLY PLEASE DONT RENT YOUR UNIT TO THIS KIND OF PERSON (NIGERIAN,AFRICAN OR WHAT SO EVER WHICH IS NOT LINKED TO LOCAL MALAYSIAN!) THEY AREN'T LIKE US TAKING GOOD CARE OF YOUR UNIT NOW THE MANAGEMENT IS GOING TO TAKE THIS IN A VERY SERIOUS WAY EVENTUALLY ITS ALSO DISTURBING THE LOCAL TENANT'S AND OWNER THERE! DONT JUST BCAUSE YOU WANNA MAKE SOME GOOD RETURN AND JUST SIMPLY RENT OUT THE UNIT WE ARE NOT GOING TO GAVE ANY CHANCES OR SYMPATHY IF THERE IS ANY MATTERS GOING TO HAPPEN TO ALL THE OWNER'S WHO IS STAYING NOW AT IVORY RESIDENCE I HOPE YOU ALL DID SOUND OUT THIS CONCERN JUST FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS SAFETY!
