soon the traffic out from prima saujana will explode. Currently with only 2 exist, 1) main road & take a U turn 2) the traffic light under the flyover.

after major long jam at the traffic light after the flyover.... : (

i think another fly over is needed before the flyover neat the Giant at the traffic light side for the smoother traffic.

after the road opened & connected to Semenyih many year ago & Nilai.... last few year, the vol of car increase tremendously. Ten year ago, you only can see more vehicle around 6.30 am at traffic light but with smooth traffic.

Now....you need to go as early as 5.30 am....

another ten year ? i only can think the KL resident only sleep up to 4.00 am & wake up liao

Malaysia mah. Anything is a proposal or future link as per plan stated. 1 year or another 10 year also name as FUTURE.

Normally it will wait until the traffic really out of control, or near to GE , the chances is high.

anyway, congratulation to the Ivory resident , Oasis... the landscape is nice.
Hopefully will have more to come in such as KFC, Domino, bank...etc

My one double storey 20 X 70 in prima saujana kajang next to you only rent between rm1.1 to 1.2 k..... Selling price 550k also nobody want to buy...

of course the advantages of the facilities you have within.
