completed farming for Bound Dragons FOB Event.
did a mistake and i lost some of the S++ farmed from this event..

now just depending on PF grade to balance all units to have same # of S++.. (OCD)

ALL DLC is available on the disc. Only need to download a small patch file to play online.

Also will get "FREE" 2000 MB coins when your PSN profile goes online.

oh, and the current FOB event is Freedom from Opression.. time to farm more S++..

completed the Freedom from Opression FOB event run.
no leveling up after.. and used up 10mil to develop AM MRS-71 Level 9.. that takes 12 days to complete!

i just started playing FOB missions today and i wonder if i infiltrate the PF bases, can i just kill the guards instead of taking the non lethal way?
kind of tough considering you have limited ammo & can't get supplies.

whenever i kill a guard, my heroism decreased.

sometimes, i just want to kill all the bad guys instead of tranquilize them.

You can just kill them if u want.

The only issue with low heroism is that you'll lose ur Hero status and would not be able to infiltrate bases wit nukes.

My take: to hell with it, you play ur own way as long as it makes u happy!

i've done a few FOB rival infiltration missions and got successful; mostly killed all the guards stealthly and grab whatever containers and AA guns/mortars lying around at their base.

but i wonder if the other players i am infiltrating will get notified?

i mean, they should be and i should be prepared for a retaliation attack right?

they will get alerted directly if you're detected (by soldiers/cameras/drones) & intruder alarm turns on,
where they can warp in and defend their FOB.

if you do it stealthily, unnoticed & managed to reach the core safely - they'll get the notification only afterwards.

if you fail (e.g. got killed) in an FOB infiltration session, and a short cutscene shows afterwards with
Ocelot's voice (i think) telling you that 'our opponent knows where we are, better step up FOB defense..' (or something like that),
this means that the player will have a wormhole opened and able to retaliate.

so far i kantoi-ed in 2 FOB infiltration missions but still i managed to wipe out the enemies' soldiers and fultoned every resources/guns emplacements & reached the core.

end of the credit, got screen showing enemy has known his base was infiltrated and ocelot telling me to step up my FOB defenses.

now on the way of developing Nuclear bomb so that no other players (except got Hero rating) can infiltrate me or retaliate back.

damn FOB missions are fun!

due to the age of the game (almost 2yrs now if not mistaken), not many people are even active anymore..
thus you may face less retaliations nowadays..

Completed my S++ farming from Skulls Attack.
Event will still be on till 16th May.

In parallel, double FOB infiltration rewards is on-going till 2nd May.

Mosquito's Legacy FOB Event done..
some units got upgraded after S++ farming.

Completed the New World Order FOB event S++ farming..
All units Level 131, Combat Level 132.

I was thinking to get the game at around RM120 ... do u think it is worth it ?
