How to start Metal Gear Online?

I had updated the MGS:TPP patch, and installed with Metal Gear Online patch v1.00. (My Disc is R3 and patches I downloaded from Malaysia PSN)

During main screen, I clicked the MGO then the screen pop out said the patch is not available yet.

you need to download separately bro.

at ps4, go to MGS but dont open the game.

go down to the detail section, and you should able to download directly.

I am also wondering why this is so, but apparently whatever staff i've fultoned that has A++ and above, it will always degrade it 1 rank. It's quite frustrating cz I've only can find S ranks now but when he reach motherbase it become A++.

-1 rank (reduced) becoz scared shitless of being fultoned out of the battlefield.. (joking)

are you sure that those are actual S-rank elites, and how do you cross-check the guy being fultoned-out with the one in your staff management?

i gotta be wary about this too next time i play.

Boaster skill man. What you see is not what you get. Should be aware of that by now, considering you're already half way through the game.

when use your upgraded binocular to scanning an enemy, take note of his ranks and ability, after a checkpoint (message shown soldier extracted) go your staff management > all staff > choose sort by recruitment and you'll found who actually you extracted..

i got a problem here... already in the main mission no #20 ...
Still don't get D-DOG .... is there any mission that i've skipped?
So far, i'm pairing with QUIET for each mission...

It's available in the iDroid. I've sufficient resources to build one but I don't think I want to build a nuke any time soon.

it's not specific mission 2..just that mission's drop zone near where you can find puppy D-dog..
you can even get him while you're free roam as long as you know his location

I can confirm it's not boaster skill effect because it happens to every damn unit i fultoned. It happens every single time, to every single unit i fultoned, all the people i get confirm less 1 rank when i return to MB.

Plus, I dont have many high rankers that has boaster skills.

now that's a mysterious case...
perhaps you make a checking again by :
find only one soldier with high rank, note down his rank at each unit, fulton him, run around to trigger check point, open idroid, then staff management and check the latest recruitment under all staff.. that should help you to check izzit something has actually sneak under your nose without your notice..
and may i ask did you fully upgraded your binocular?

i confirmed mine - doesn't happen that way..
at least i've checked this on 3 soldiers i fultoned - 2 with higher A+ rank (and currently not many in my unit),
1 with lower rank (BBBBCB) and all three stayed the same ranking.

O...kay. That is indeed a very weird case. Where did you fulton these soldiers from?
