THE END.

Actually not lik this la...
The story is:::
Me, the buyer bought this fected router from Justicebao(seller).. And after that when i 1st time using it i found that it's defected unit....
Tried to call,pm,sms, msn whatever method i have used to contact him but he didnt reply me.... Got la, 1st time call him and i said im the buyer which bought the oruter then straight hang up the phone... Call 2nd time no ppl pick up the phone....

After hearing that i had claimed a brand new router from distributor which is newer version problem free version, he ask me to refund and pay me 90bucks... Brand new selling outside cheapest also RM170.. For u u think u will sell it back at 90bucks??? Of course dun1 right??
I said u pay me rm200 then i give u back la...How to count 200bucks??? Details above!!!! check the msg in 3rd pages...(actually i also no plan to give the router back to him thats why i said 200 to reject his offer of RM90bucks).......

What do u think???
I open this thread jsut to warn u guys beware of this person but not trying to getting back the refund.... If i want to get back the refund early i wont go for warranty... Just bcoz so long time thie seller didnt appear so i cant wait n go for warranty as i know he wont do any action... Mana tau after i got a new and he said he wanna refund pay me RM90??? alamak... Too bad la lik ta....

So the buyer is keeping the router, satisfied that he himself has received a better deal since his RM90 router was upgraded free to a RM200 router? That the only real problem he had was contacting the seller for a resolution before he spent the time to RMA it himself?

Its Karma. Seller cheated u, u got a free upgrade to a better router. Seller loses out on free upgrade. U waste time contacting the seller n RMA the router.

To me it looks even.

edit: now i read a different story from the TS. I read his version a few times n reply again.

Let me try.

Buyer buy router, faulty. Go to claim warranty.
Seller reappear, offered to refund.
Buyer wants seller to pay RM200, ridiculous.
Seller disagree, he sold router for RM90 only.
Buyer flames everyone, thread goes haywire.

END OF STORY.

how come want to refund RM200 pulak ?
the defective one cost RM90 from the seller , then the buyer bought a new one ? now 2 side also fault .

1st side , seller . if the item is faulty , dont accuse ppl go claim warranty . what u should do is to claim the warranty yourself and refund .
2nd side , the buyer . i still blur on the RM200 issude ... dont understand .

If the seller refused resolution n forced u to seek resolution urself ie he refused to take the router back n refund u ur 90 bucks n u had to go RMA it urself.

Then the seller forfits the item. After all the ownership was transferred to shanelai n the seller didnt want the ownership transferred back to him because of the faulty item (n the no refund). If the seller wants back the item from shanelai then he will have to compensate shanelai for his time, cost n stress. Which shanelai could say costs RM100 in addition to the paid sum of RM90.

Yes, i really got nothing better to do at this time tongue.gif

wait a minute
-seller selling router at 90bucks
-buyer bought it and found it faulty
-then buyer claim from seller
-seller claim no problem ask buyer claim warranty by himself
-seller refuse to refund
-buyer claim warranty
-seller want to refund
-buyer demanded RM200 for refund due to new modem ?

that means , shaine , since u got a new one already , no need to flame with ah-bao anymore right ?

Missed out one thing.
When seller trying to be responsible by offering refund, he didn't know that the buyer already went for a solution himself (which is to claim warranty).

I'm not very sure what you mean ...did he send you the receipt after you recieved the router and found it to be defective or you made sure he gave you the receipt together with the router when you bought it?
*
The large with bold it is!!!!
AS this is lifetime warranty of course i require for receipt..... If not u got to go to the shop to get a new receipt..
Cost u RM20bucks....

But i didnt use the receipt bcoz finnaly i choose to straight go for the distributor without passing through the shop....

HAHah..add 1 more thing here... If after bought ask him for receipt ah, i sure straight ask him to refund lo as this is defective unit.....
