Ya know, justicebao, to first defend yourself you must justify the claims that you did not reply his SMS, MSN messages and hanged-up on him while on the phone. How do you plan on replying to that? =)

Of course, when the situation is put out like that, using a resonable man test you would be most probably be found guilty. It just coincides with everything, sell a faulty product, and ignore all attempts by the buyer to contact you.

For u as a seller which u want to sell a defected stuff, of course u sure try ur best to find out the receipt what if not u just put aside the defected router....

As i ask him whether the router is working perfectly.. I had confirmed with him b4 that.... And he said yes. I want to confirm that bcoz i also have the similar router which is also have the same problem lik this and take to rma haven come back..... Then i need another 1 to replace it b4 my router is come back....

I'm not very sure what you mean ...did he send you the receipt after you recieved the router and found it to be defective or you made sure he gave you the receipt together with the router when you bought it?

His offer there just got power adapter, router and manual... No receipt... Then i ask him whether got receipt and not he said no.. After that i ask him to find out the receipt then only i deal with him.
