Answer: No, I wouldn't go to the same shop. In fact, with everyone looking to screw you in this great Kangkong-land, the only place I'd buy an iPhone in this country would be Apple's online store, and even then I'd double check my credit statement to make sure the bank hasn't screwed me over.
