Just got my iPhone 6s 64gb from machines outlet. It seems to have a problem. At times my screen became unresponsive . It happened after I unlock the phone and like normal I swipe thru my phone left n right exploring the apps and whatever. N out of sudden I can't swipe to the left nor right. I gotta press that little dot located between the default apps and the upper apps to move to the other page. Is it bug? Each resets will solve the issue and it comes again at later time . To

swipe down the notification, go to bottom of it, click "EDIT"  then you can opt out the Stock tab.
