I agree , i been using ipad since the first gen and subsequently ipad 2 , new ipad and i stop chasing for annual upgrade due lesser and lesser use of ipad. I main use for light gaming and browsing and media but ever since got the note series i seldom touch ipad already. I replaced the ipad 3 for ipad mini 2 also because the lag issue.
So not really into ipad except it actually able to do most laptop task. Getting another ipad is just another same ipad with increased speed. imho

I deleted all icloud backup and re do the step again. Mine have this problem after the icloud storage full. Now working as usual again

Reset your acc via pc using the link. If still cant you need to contact apple customer service on itunes. Do you happen to purchase some promo code or what?
