imho could do without the hanky panky stuff since the story in itself is pretty solid, but the twist on who drew the first breath is beautiful.

Bloody brilliant 1st episode. Looks like HBO pulled another one out of the hat.

Really good starting. Other shows would have stretch out the first episode into entire season based on current tv show trends.

Of the two, Paris looks more intriguing to me with the actions scenes vs Matlock.
