Rafa isn't exactly someone I would associate with motivational or passionate. He is cold. He is someone who would rather spend the time talking about tactics than firing up the team.

Motivational teamtalks are more important to Klopp than it is to Rafa. That said, Rodgers speaks perfect English with lots of fancy superlatives but hasn't done quite well himself.

That's why he had Sammy lee for to bridge that language or exude motivational pep talk.

Which is why I hope for the return of big Didi. German and honorary Scouser. Who better to bridge the gap?

being able to speak slowly and calmly in a press interview is much different than in a dressing room in the heat of the moment trying to find the right blend of words to motivate the players.

i'm loving Klopp but i'm not gonna pretend that he is the miracle to win us a quadruple in the 1st season. he will need to adapt to us as much as our squad has to adapt to him is what i'm saying. mastering the language is part of the adaptation.

Millions? Hahaha not quite sure about that. Everytime I'm watching a clip of Carra on MNF on Youtube I would see comments of how even the Englishmen themselves couldn't comprehend what Carra is saying.

And isn't there a running joke somewhere on the net I've read recently of how Carra's own teammates at the England camp struggles to understand what he is saying sometimes.

His scouse accent have actually toned down a lot since he first started being a pundit.
