It seems the new 11 digit long number (011-2xxx xxxx) are mostly only available for xpax simpack. or there's also magic simpacks that use this new number?
Celcom Magic sim pack with 3+8 number?, Any Magic sim users have this number?

If you register and activate a regular XPAX SIM pack these days, you'll automatically get the MAGIC SIM plan. My Magic SIM has a 10-digit long number ... probably a recycled one? |

My Magic SIM has a 10-digit long number ... probably a recycled one? Even if the sim pack package is from old xpax plan, once registered and activated I'd still get the magic plan? Are you sure about this? And yes 10 digit is almost guaranteed recycled no. With message apps these it sucks when you add the sim, your number would automatically be in random people's contact |

All xpax will "magically" become MagicSIM after 5 June 2015 activation.2. Agreed. 10 digit numbers almost guaranteed recycled numbers 3. However, recycled numbers from "very old pool" is quite safe. I have one that was first issued many many years ago. 4. There's also new 10 digit numbers starting with 014 and 015 ..... This post has been edited by UN1T3D: Oct 6 2015, 09:13 PM |

if all else fails, you can take/buy numbers from other operators and port in to clecom prepaid at which time it will become xpax magic.
