Hi,

I just bought a note 5 from Maxis with the zerolution plan and I will be working overseas from December. Can I transfer the contract to a friend of mine who is willing to do so?

Thank you

Hi,

We regret to advise that the contract is not transferable. You may suspend your account temporarily but you will still be charge the monthly for zerolution in your monthly bill statement. Please be informed that the maximum temporary suspension is 3 months and you will not be charged for plan monthly charges during the suspension period.

You can downgrade to the MaxisOne Plan 98 after you reactivate your line if you are still in the overseas. The reactivation fee is RM10. The contract period will be extended as well if the account is under suspension mode. TQ

Hi,

Please be advised that there is no additional penalty if you cancel Zerolution or terminate your line with Maxis. All you will need to do, is pay off the remaining device balance which is equivalent to the [(RRP/24) x remaining months]. The monthly early upgrade fee that you have paid will not be reimbursed. TQ

No bad, can terminate Zerolution just paying a bit of premium.
