Sure I'll combine the 2 threads into one. Here is the list of shopping outlets that might pop up in Semenyih after 2018. Taken from the shopping malls in Semenyih thread.

1. Country Garden/Diamond City (Retail Street)*
2. Kiara Plaza (Retail Podium)**
3. Ascotte Boulevard (Retail Podium)**
4. L'Marq (Retail Podium)**
5. Symphony Apartments (Retail Podium)**
6. Vista Valley Mall (Shopping Complex/Hypermarket?)**
7. EM Mall - Eco Majestic Mall (Shopping Complex)
8. EH Mall - Eco Hills Mall? (Shopping Complex)
9. Aeon/Jusco Eco Majestic? (Shopping Complex)
10. Mahkota Hills Mall (Shopping Complex)
11. Galleria - Kesuma Lakes (Shopping Complex)

* = Already Completed
** = Construction In Progress

All can be considered shopping malls/complex/centres be it wether they are small, medium or big except maybe for Diamond City which is not technically a mall but more like a street. The retail podiums mentioned here are either 3 storey or 5 storeys tall and could be as big or bigger than Metro Point Shopping Complex in Kajang making them like mini shopping malls. EM Mall, EH Mall & Mahkota Hills Mall could be big. There are a lot of plus points for big shopping malls the size of Mid Valley Megamall, Berjaya Times Square, The Mines and One Utama (new wing + old wing) to be built in Semenyih.

Hardware shop at Semenyih Buisness Park seem to be having a sale. Power tools, tools, hardware, fittings, taps etc. all for sale. A western restaurant is also going to open up there. This is near the VETA college a distance away from the Taj Mahal restaurant. Tesco/Ascotte Boulevard area.

Another thin, is the Taj Mahal restaurant the same as the one in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman and have move to Semenyih or is it another branch?

The Hj. Shahrin Low restaurant in Semenyih also has another branch in Jalan Ampang in KL. I've seen it with my own eyes.

Semenyih EcoVenture should see holiday goers from Kajang, Balakong, Cheras, Seri Kembangan, Cyberjaya and Puchong since its the holiday season now.

They offer a resort style stay in a number of lodging including Villas, Tube rooms, hostels campsites and more and include activities such as ATV, rock climbing, fishing, paintball, swimming, dirt biking, basketball court, wedding events, function for corporate events, jungle trekking, badminton court? Etc. Includes Chinese restaurant and other types of restaurants including one specialising in grille fish and a smoothie bar. Just Google Semenyih Ecoventure and you will be taken to their website if you wish to know more about their non X-treme and X-treme sports activities.

Same row as Aunty Boh restaurant, the other shop offices nearest to Semenyih Buissness Park. Away from the abandoned industrial shops, across the road from there, not at the abandoned industrial shops. Shop sign board not yet put up, only paint white with yellow and green stripes.

I think Semenyih now has 10 x Speedmart99. There is another one open up long ago inside one of the Tamans inside Semenyih town, beside the same road going towards the Greens.

There is already a Nissan 3S/4S centre open up nearby the Nissan showroom.

Should add this to the list:-

Clubhouse (with swimming pool)

Sunway Semenyih Clubhouse
Taman Tasik Semenyih Clubhouse

Golf Range

Taman Tasik Semenyih Golf Range

Clubhouse with Golf Course

Staffield Golf Course and Clubhouse
Kajang Hill Golf Course and Clubhouse

Staffield And Kajang Hill not technically in Semenyih but all within 15 minutes drive from Semenyih.

Actually Semenyih has 2 or 3 police station, one in Semenyih town (opposite school, don't know whether used as deposit to store police cars or not), one in Taman Tasik Semenyih and one in Pelangi Semenyih.

The one in Pelangi Semenyih is HQ for Semenyih.

Should add highways to get to Semenyih:-

1. Jalan Cheras (Grand Saga) > LEKAS ( Kajang Bypass) > Jalan Semenyih

2. Jalan Cheras (Grand Saga) > LEKAS (Kajang Bypass) > Eco Hill Link

3. SILK > LEKAS > Jalan Semenyih

4. SILK > LEKAS > Eco Hill Link

5. From Jalan Bangi Lama > Eco Hill Link

6. From Jalan Bangi Lama > Jalan Semenyih

7. From Jalan Bangi Lama > LEKAS

8. From Kajang > Jalan Semenyih

9. From Sungai Long > LEKAS > Jalan Semenyih

10. From Sungai Long > LEKAS > Eco Hill Link

11. Jalan Cheras (Grand Saga) > LEKAS > Eco Majestic Link (future)

12. SILK > LEKAS > Eco Majestic Link (future)

13. Jalan Cheras ( Grand Saga) > LEKAS > Eco Hill 2 Link (future)

14. SILK > LEKAS > Eco Hill 2 Link (future)

15. EKVE > LEKAS (future)

Note: do not use the Saujana Impian (Kajang bypass) route after office hours 5-7PM as it has a long queue of cars all the way to Kajang Tesco from the traffic light. Use the Sungai Long route instead. Otherwise at other times of the day and week that route is clear, bearable and OK (meaning the Kajang bypass at Saujana Impian for LEKAS).
