How to check current population status in certain area? I also wish to check as well. I only saw the official data till 2010 only, it's about 138k of population in Semenyih (92k) + Beranang (46k).

Semenyih already have 3S center for Honda and Nissan, we are happy to see Hicom Auto Volkswagen came in as well. More choices for Semenyih/Beranang folks now..

It is located at the borderline between semenyih and kajang.. Even HSBC itself also mention is is HSBC Semenyih..

imo as per international bank requirement for branch in outskirt area i believe hsbc wanted to set up in kajang but too many foreign bank there already so they setup border of kjg and smyh and tell bnm its to serve semenyih, easier to get license

yeap of cos they call it semenyih but address is kajang..no issue..btw how many total shops in ecohill..those shoplot..

Shops in ecohill? Zero for the moment.. The first phase of 50++ shops (can't recall the actual number) just under the pilling stage.

Currently still need to tap into the MKH commercial center (with Tesco at the center), which have around 100 shops I presume, 90% occupancy. :

yeap i mean total shops in ecohill across all phases in the front thr..

MKH commercial centre n tesco is hw many mins away frm palida..nearby right

10 - 15 minutes walking, 3 - 5 minutes by car.

I thought semenyih only got 1 police station. Inside their hq in taman pelangi semenyih. The 1 beside the main road opposite the school already turned into their depo to station their cars only.

Semenyih will have 8 Speedmart99:- one in Rinching, beside Ascotte Boulevard and Taj Mahal Restaurant, another in Semenyih Parklands@Beranang

Anybody fancy Burger King in Semenyih? Facebook or contact them through their Malaysia website and see wether they will open up a restaurant here, restaurant and drive thru would be better.

Same row as Aunty Boh restaurant, the other shop offices nearest to Semenyih Buissness Park. Away from the abandoned industrial shops, across the road from there, not at the abandoned industrial shops. Shop sign board not yet put up, only paint white with yellow and green stripes.

Actually Semenyih will have 9 Speedmart99, one has already open up in Taman Tasik Semenyih.

There is also a church or an Christian Assembly Hall in Semenyih Buissness Park.

I think Semenyih now has 10 x Speedmart99. There is another one open up long ago inside one of the Tamans inside Semenyih town, beside the same road going towards the Greens.

There is already a Nissan 3S/4S centre open up nearby the Nissan showroom.
