Hi Sifus

Currently i am on RedOne registered under my name. I went to U-Mobile last week to request to port out from RedOne to U-Mobile.

After three port out attempts, i still get the port request denied from RedOne. I called U-Mobile each time to check RedOne's reject code and was told that the IC number does not match and advised me to call RedOne to verify my IC number. I called RedOne to verify my IC number and it is indeed correct. But when i asked RedOne if my IC number is correct then why does the system reject my port out request? They could not answer my question and kept telling me to check with U-Mobile if i registered correctly.

So now i am stuck in limbo but personally i feel that RedOne is the culprit here but their Customer Service is not very helpful which make me furious. Can somebody give me advice on what can i do to solve this ?

I appreciate genuine answers on how to solve this issue and not promoting which other telco is better.

You mean the MNP port out form for RedOne? No i did not fill in any MNP port out form. Do i get the form from the RedOne agent or how?

*no , u need port out form and a copy i/c. And the port out form will handle by *u mobile as u wanna port in to them.

I am porting out from RedOne to U-Mobile. Do i need to fill in any form for RedOne? I have duly registered with U-Mobile but my request to port in to U-Mobile was denied 3 times due to wrong IC number.

redONE plan have 1 year contract minimum.

I have a weird issue that my umobile can't access to certain content code, somehow lost in transit or never received it

I want to port out from Beone (Redone) also suffered issue that never exist..

got message SP56 - principal had subline that need to ported

crazy..i don't have subline and Beone never got subline package..
Complaint to MCMC still pending..i don't think they are acting professional..

That’s why not recommended using MNVO, sometime have issue to port out
