fiance regretting big time with Exsim Rainz purchase...
get more details of the issues with Rainz owners...VPed about 9mths back and Exsim delivers shitty promises....

no more in the class of boutique developer...Michael Yam and Michelle just runaway without addressing problems....

all lame excuses...FB and whatever group (be it whatsapp or telegram) have admin (so called owners) in the pretext who backs up the developer....

stay away from their developments

i want to see what happen to my comments/status with all this comments in LYN

totally agree...shitty quality for the premium price paid.

I never see Exsim as boutique or premium developer....

I agree with that ! Their MA and defect teams memang cap ayam!

defect rectification is a horror....lack of key person to follow up...we had to stop defect works to reno...and defect continued back after reno...
total time taken for defect rectification was 3 months (minus reno period) after submission of defect report (mind that defect report was prepared by external consultant and not just done by us (imagine getting a defect report more than 80 pages) super disappointed!!

yes cap ayam!! and it changed few people over the period of 3mths...and u need to repeat the process by highlighting again what was wrong/defects...useless!
