thanks to the first bend test video...now we see many other videos come out ..and I'm confident enough that I most probably will use my 6P with only dbrand back skin and tempered glass..dat's all

I'll go with cf dbrand. I tried all cf,leather, titanium and matte orange before.. leather is the worst.. slippery like hell eventhough u feel the fake texture..
the side one won't last long.. especially at the button side there where the sticker is thin just put at the back.. it just that I'm not sure to go with Nexus logo cutout or not this time.. the letter E tend to come off after some time.. |

QUOTE(remix2040 @ Nov 1 2015, 09:27 AM) I'm going with full Nexus cutout. Leaving the X only is very weird. And no cutout looks too naked. Only downside for the full Nexus cutout is that dust and lint will get stuck inside the nexus cutout. U can choose to have sticker for the nexus logo. So it wont be left empty collecting dust |

QUOTE(SwarmTroll @ Nov 1 2015, 09:32 PM) DirectD has the 5X already though, RM2099 for 16GB. Its USD 379 for 5X 16GB with direct conversion of RM1615. So RM400++ is taxes and whatnot I suppose. So Nexus 6P 32GB, 499USD is RM2127 with also probably RM400++ with taxes etc. So yeaaa, most likely similarly priced as Note 5 32GB? directd priced 32gb 5X at around 2499.. conversion price is just around 1829.. which is around rm670 more |

QUOTE(zhou86 @ Nov 2 2015, 08:06 AM) Anyone want to share this? I already ordered mine last week..but they sent email saying they are changing the design of the SP. expected to leave their warehouse on 9th.Link: https://www.intelliarmor.com/intelliglass-n...-protector.html With "intelli6p" code, can get 2 for the price of 1, and can share shipping. According to review, it doesn't block the proximity sensor. |

QUOTE(faizalmzain @ Nov 2 2015, 05:51 PM) direct conversion excluding local sales tax in US. I know..I replied that referring different context.sales tax rate varied by state you are shipping to. The difference of add up charge between 16gb and 32gb is a bit weird though Btw..anyone here secured any unit from SG preorder? |

QUOTE(SyathibiyMegat @ Nov 5 2015, 05:33 PM) In which situation? LOL, isn't that too obvious? That would have to be while sitting. I'm pretty sure we all sit, don't we? Or, some actly stand all his life? Nahh, I don't think so. Anyway, I guess some things need to be reminded, in case people have forgotten. Let's take at the look at the link below that shows how his phone bends as a result of real-life impacts, and what the person who experienced it said u are trying too hard bro..ur example of real life situation is for another phone, not for 6P.. and his test is not scientific because we do not know how much force he put on the phone.. until we hear this real life situation reported, then I will believe it is an issue.. until then.. just try harder to sell your moto X PE http://www.macrumors.com/2014/09/23/iphone...ending-pockets/ "Yesterday, I left at 10am with the iPhone in my left FRONT pocket of my suit pants. I drove 4 hours to a wedding, which also involved a lot of sitting during dinner etc but also 2-3 hours of dancing. I left at 2am and went to bed, driving home 4 hours back. So in total, the 6 Plus was about 18 hours in my pocket while sitting mostly. As I lay it on the coffee table and sat down on the couch to relax from the drive (yes, sitting again), I saw the reflection of the window in the iPhone slightly distorted." Again, these are real-life impacts, not tests. Tests are meant only to shorten the duration of the outcome, which instead of occurring after hours like the above, it could be shown merely after a few seconds. Yes, seconds. In the case of 6P, it took less than 5 seconds. Not only that it bent, it crushed. At least iPhone survived from crushing, despite bending after extreme force is applied. And this bending occurred while putting the phone in his FRONT pocket. I wonder who puts his phone in his back pocket. Women perhaps. But their physiques are not strong enough to cause an impact though. Most cases, if not all, recorded were of men's Regarding the weakness point, I'm not sure it's something that we can be sure of its position. Once it's inside of our pocket, and our body moving while sitting, the phone could be at any place. And the force of us bending between our legs and body could be applied while the phone is at any position inside the pocket. Jerry was also not aware of its weakness point prior to the test. As usual, he put both his thumbs in the middle of the phone, and it(the weakness point) only showed after it(the phone) crushed Also, regarding physiques, if he were really that strong, I wonder why other phones he's tested didn't bend or crush. He tried a few times, and he even tried to twist them. But, nothing. Or at least, didn't crush like 6P ... Same person, same physique, same force Summary: just remove your phone from your pocket before you sit, like women. Apart from preventing it to bend, you could also show off your phone This post has been edited by digitheatre: Nov 5 2015, 06:03 PM |

QUOTE ... But it's the Nexus 5X (and thus the Nexus 6P) that win this battle. The new Nexus phones may not have the most pixels to work with, but the big sensor with relatively huge pixels, collecting light through a nice bright aperture, but the photos they're producing are positively phenomenal. It's a weird position to be, lauding a Nexus camera. After years of disappointment at the hand of multiple companies, the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P are coming at us with phenomenal cameras that will serve you well in practically every situation. The only real spot of concern was in the darkness of some of the daytime photos, but overall it handled itself quite nicely. they should put Nexus 6P there since 5X doesn't have SmartBurst and EIS features which helps to capture better picture. |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Nov 7 2015, 09:06 AM) Android Authority comparison of Nexus 6P vs iPhone 6sPlus Pretty much on par except the ridiculously high price. (Doesnt matter here..6P also expensive) Personally for me I am very sure my choice will be the Nexus 6P. Even as of now I much prefer to use my MI Note Pro vs the iphone 6sPlus which remains my secondary phone The only impressive stuffs on the iphone 6sPus is its great battery life and insanely quick fingerprint recognition http://www.androidauthority.com/nexus-6p-v...6s-plus-653945/ But 3 hours to fully charge iphone 6s plus is something I can't accept anymore. Most of android flagships phones now charged in half the time. |
