I bought 4 times from dbrand . First time paid us25 for shipping n balance 3 times chose risky shipment us5. All received well in perfect condition.
My place is well established residential area n I had rare delivery issues even from overseas online sites such as ebay, Amazon, Expansys, Clove, Aliexpress etc. In my past 8 years buying online I only missed delivery twice from ebay but seller resend . One of the missed delivery turn out a month later !!
Your place must be in a difficult location that parcel get lost ?

You must be one unlucky guy with dbrand with such a high failure delivery !!. Probably East Malaysia with such issues??

As far as i have been ordering from SlickWraps ... they will use USPS international mail ... usually it will hv tracking code
and u can actually signup for notification via email

but it will take u 3 weeks or more though
