 Unsubscribe SMS Spam from 23238, Receive SMS Spam that cost me RM1

Dear Maxis,

Kindly help to unsubscribe & block any SMS service from this number 23238. On 26 Sept 2015, I receive a SMS spam from them and it charge me RM1 for receiving it.

Please help to unsubscribe/block and refund the money immediately. According to the sms content, it will charge me RM1 WEEKLY for receiving such useless scam.

My Maxis account number is 1092362845.

Please let me know why this will happen and what is your action about this scam!!!
