I could like to thanks your blocked and unsubscribe action for past few weeks I called customer service seeks for help.

I get those spammer messages 27200,23239,23268,23399,28832

I hope too maxis can make refund for me for this kind of spammers message! The last three months it happened cost me on Jun RM31, July RM54 & Aug RM43! You may check the bill from your system.

In Aug bill, I just aware the chargers from spammer when I secondly help my mother to settle bill. This number user is my mother phone number which the postpaid started sign on Jun.

Is very sad and anger it total pay to spammer over RM100.
Pls maxis do refund and I think it is maxis fault that didn’t protect customer information!
